Topics that shape
knowledge for the future

At the Knowledge Olympiad, we do not memorize – we develop understanding through topics
that are relevant, applicable, and connected to real life.

More than subjects - they are worlds of knowledge

Our focus areas encompass key domains of modern education that enable
children and youth to develop the knowledge, skills, and values necessary for a successful, healthy, and responsible life.
Each topic is addressed through practical workshops, projects, teamwork, and mentoring.

Stem and technology

Explore science, programming, robotics, and engineering through hands-on experiments and projects.

Entrepreneurship and financial literacy

Learn how to launch an idea, manage money, and think like an innovator.

Creative industries and design

Develop your imagination through graphic, fashion, and product design, video production, and art.

Healthy lifestyles

Focus on physical activity, nutrition, and mental health – because knowledge starts with taking care of oneself.

Personal and social skills

Communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, self-confidence, and leadership.

Sustainability and social responsibility

Ecology, recycling, common good, and the role of youth in creating a sustainable future.

From idea to action, learning through practice

Our workshops and seminars are not designed as a traditional classroom. Each topic transforms into a research process in which children actively participate – from asking questions, through exploration, to realizing ideas through prototypes and concrete projects. We teach them how to think, create, collaborate, and present. Through mini-projects, children identify real-world problems, develop solutions, and learn how their ideas can have a real impact. Learning is not the goal – learning is a tool to become confident, curious, and socially aware young people.

During thematic work, children develop a sense of responsibility and learn to take initiative. Instead of receiving ready-made solutions, we encourage them to experiment, make mistakes, and learn from attempts. In every work cycle, there is space for reflection – a conversation about what they have learned, what they would change, and how they could improve their approach. The role of the mentor is not to provide answers, but to ask questions and empower children to arrive at the answers themselves. In this way, children not only acquire knowledge but also build character and self-confidence.

Multidisciplinary, practical, inspiring

In real life, problems are not divided by school subjects – and neither is our approach to learning. Instead of isolated areas, we combine knowledge from different disciplines into meaningful wholes. For example, through the theme of sustainable fashion, children learn about design, textile materials, ecology, as well as economics and ethics. We connect technology with creative expression, and social sciences with personal development and teamwork. This approach enables children to think broadly, connect ideas, and develop flexible skills that will benefit them in every aspect of life.

We believe that real change happens when children understand why they are learning something and how they can apply it. That’s why we strive to ensure that each topic is relevant, close to their interests, and the challenges they face. Multidisciplinarity helps them develop critical thinking and view problems from multiple angles. Additionally, this approach gives them the freedom to express themselves in different ways – through writing, design, technology, performance, or team discussions. Through all activities, we guide them toward understanding the interconnectedness of knowledge and their role in the world around us.
