Together we build
meaningful education

At the Knowledge Olympiad, educators are not just instructors – they are builders of the future.
We want to include you in a community that shares the same values: that knowledge is alive,
that it is built through relationships, and that every child deserves the opportunity to grow in a way that suits them.

Our approach towards
you, educators

Whether you are a teacher in a school, a workshop leader, a professor, a mentor, or an expert in another field – the Knowledge Olympiad offers you resources, inspiration, and support for your professional and personal development.

Access to our library of workshops, teaching materials, and didactic tools

We provide program participants with free access to carefully selected materials developed by our educators and partners.

Examples of good practices from formal and informal education

We learn from each other. Through documented examples from schools, kindergartens, camps, and workshops, we share what has worked in real situations.

Guides for working with children of different ages, interests, and needs

Our guides help educators better understand the developmental stages of children, recognize specific needs and interests, and adjust their approach accordingly.

Your contribution

Educators are more than just transmitters of knowledge – they are creators of change. Through their work, experience, and
presence, you can directly shape the quality of education we provide to children and families.

Education and workshops for children

Become a part of the team that designs and leads creative workshops for children of various ages. Your knowledge becomes an experience that children remember – through play, exploration, and expression.

Mentorship and support for parents

Support parents through sessions, workshops, and discussions. Help them better understand the developmental stages of their children, how to support them in learning, and how to cope with challenges.

Development of materials and methodology

Collaboration in creating teaching resources, workshops, and guides – for both educators and parents. Your classroom experience can help hundreds of other teachers improve their practice.

Professional community and knowledge exchange

Join the network of educators who share ideas, methods, and challenges. We exchange practices, discuss examples from situations, and build a support system for everyone in education.

Consulting and strategic contribution

If you have experience in program creation, inclusive education, pedagogy, curriculum development, or non-formal education – become a part of the foundation's advisory body.

Why is it important to be with us?

Education does not change through regulations – it changes through the perspective of a teacher who sees the child, through the question that encourages thought, and through the relationship that remains in memory forever.

That’s why we believe the greatest change comes from within – from you. As an educator, you are in daily contact with what is most valuable – children’s curiosity, potential, insecurities, and dreams. You are not just a transmitter of knowledge – you are the one who ignites the first spark.

Therefore, we want to offer you a space where:

  • you can grow both professionally and personally
  • where your expertise is respected, and your voice matters
  • where education is not viewed as a system, but as a community of people who believe in development, relationships, and meaning

"Child IQ, parental care"

This book contains the fundamental principles of the Program and serves as a good theoretical introduction for any adult who wants to know more about the NTC learning system. The text guides the reader through all three phases of the Program:

  • Brain development
  • Connecting learned concepts
  • Development of functional knowledge – parallel associations

This is the first book published by the NTC learning system, authored by Ranko Rajović. Throughout the book, he addresses questions such as "Can giftedness be a potential source of problems?", "What is the significance of family and the wider social environment for the development of giftedness?". The practical part of the book explains some of the NTC techniques and methodologies used in working with children, such as motor exercises, fine motor skills exercises, associative thinking, music, flags, car brands, etc. The book is structured in a way that certain sections can be read and solved together with parents and children (Riddling stories, Photo strip, and Experiences)
