Enhancing children's competencies by elevating the status of teachers and strengthening functional knowledge.
Our imperative is to ensure that by 2028, every child in Bosnia and Herzegovina has a bright childhood in excellent kindergartens, while striving for every student to shine with functional literacy by 2040, and for our country to rank among the top 20 according to relevant international standards of functional knowledge, such as the PISA tests.
Setting the goal for all high school students in Bosnia and Herzegovina to achieve functional literacy by the year 2040 represents an ambitious plan with a key focus on education as the foundation for societal development. This goal not only promotes individual student success but also enhances the overall competitiveness of the country on an international level. Developing functional literacy implies creating a generation of youth capable of applying their knowledge in real life, solving complex problems, and contributing to innovations in society.
Action Plan Program
This section guides you through a clear and organized action plan of the foundation, presenting the key steps of our program. In a straightforward manner, you will become familiar with all the phases and activities we implement to support youth in their education and development.
Enable (urgently) every child to attend an excellent kindergarten and an excellent primary school. Organize competitions in the final years of kindergarten (Knowledge Olympics) in mathematics, English, and Bosnian language.
Encourage the best students to enroll in pedagogical faculties or academies. Requalify unemployed students (at the state's expense) for work in kindergartens and schools.
Professors at education faculties should be further encouraged to turn students into excellent educators (it can always be better and must be).
Continuously educate parents, guardians, and grandparents (educator training) about the importance and methods of early education and upbringing of babies (media, workshops, lectures).
Enhance skills, status, and earnings of education workers.
Provide scholarships or interest-free loans to children from significantly worse financial conditions.
Organize and stimulate competitions in functional knowledge from kindergarten to university.
To mandate (by law) all media to ensure that at least 1/3 of daily content must be educational topics for all ages.
Participate in all international assessments of functional knowledge, especially the PISA tests. Select generation students in all final grades of primary and secondary school, and introduce state graduation exams.
Project "Healthy Growth": In every municipality, urgently create at least one model kindergarten in collaboration with sponsors and donors, in accordance with the best international standards.
If we want BiH to survive and progress, then we must turn our children into entrepreneurs, geniuses, meaning at least 80% of students must possess a high level of functional literacy.
Finance the foundation and create quality conditions for its maintenance - ensure donors and sponsors whose goal is the development of the foundation.

Children's participation in preschool education
Tracking the percentage of children who actively participate in preschool education programs at the age of six, with a particular emphasis on inclusivity and ensuring equal opportunities.
Top quality program
Monitoring quality standards in preschool institutions includes educational methods, the expertise of educators, and the infrastructural conditions for the holistic development of children.
Social inclusion
Monitoring progress in inclusive preschool education, with full integration of children, teachers, parents, and society into the educational environment.
Collaboration with Parents
Development of programs and practices that promote collaboration between preschools, parents, and the local community, ensuring continuous support for parents in the education and development of their children.
International functional knowledge tests
Tracking the results of international tests of functional knowledge to gain insight into students' abilities in reading, mathematics, and science, and positioning Bosnia and Herzegovina on the global education scale.
Success of students in further education
Tracking the percentage of students who successfully complete secondary education and continue their schooling or are successfully employed in relevant sectors.
Innovations in Teaching
